I’m a strategic marketing and brand professional with 10 years of experience. Currently, I lead a technology consulting company Next Peak and freelance through my company Dimes.

I help mainly technology startups and growth companies to build credible and distinct brands, build their marketing programs to generate quality leads and make CRM a cornerstone of sales and customer-centricity.

My mission is to turn the marketing programs of Finnish startups and growth companies into beacons of competitive advantage that generate results and value for the company.

At Dimes, I provide expert consulting services aimed at driving growth for businesses, primarily focusing on deep tech startups and B2B SMEs. Leveraging my expertise in strategic marketing, brand development, and CRM deployment, I assist companies in unlocking their full potential and building a competitive edge. 2020

CEO AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, NEXT PEAK OY.

I started leading a team of five professionals that focused on designing and commercializing technology products for startups and scaleups and lead quickly the company to its first 12-month period with a seven-figure revenue.


2017

CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER, KAISANET OY.

I worked Chief Digital Officer in ICT and telecommunications industry, building a strategy for the digital transformation of Kaisanet from viewpoints of operative processes, customer experience and business models. I lead all digital transformation activities of the company in close cooperation with the CIO and CEO of the company.


2017

PROFESSIONAL NBA BETTOR

I have bet on NBA basketball seriously since 2013. The 2016-2017 season was my first season with a winning percentage of over 60, traditionally considered a great year even among professionals.


2016

INTERIM MARKETING MANAGER, KAISANET OY.

I lead the marketing and product development unit. I developed and implemented a new, content-focused marketing strategy in the organization and also developed the company brand. I worked closely with the CEO and business unit directors in developing marketing operations and metrics.


2014

DIGITAL MEDIA CONSULTANT, NORDEA BANK FINLAND

I started working in a digital team at Nordea Bank, where I managed Nordea’s social media, and developed and launched Nordea’s chat services. I also helped the Training and Development Unit create a company-wide training program for digital platforms and services.
